Custom AI Agents

An AI agent is a digital worker built around one job. Not a chatbot bolted onto your website. A system with access to your tools, your data, and a clear definition of done.

We design the job, build the agent, and test it against your real work before it runs unsupervised.

Generic AI tools answer questions. Agents finish tasks. The difference is wiring: an agent we build can read your inbox, look things up in your CRM, draft in your voice, and hand the result to a human for sign-off.

Every agent starts with a job description, the same way a hire would. What it owns, what it touches, where it must stop and ask. Then we build it, run it next to your team for a trial period, and measure the output before it gets autonomy.

Agents We Build

The best agent candidates are jobs with a clear input, a clear output, and a person currently stuck in the middle.

AI receptionist
Answers inbound calls and web inquiries, qualifies callers, books appointments, and routes to the right person, around the clock and without hold times.

AI executive assistant
Manages email triage, calendar scheduling, briefing prep, and follow-up tasks so executives stop losing hours to coordination.

Inbox triage agent
Sorts overnight support messages, answers the routine half before 8am, and routes complex tickets to the right person with full context attached.
Proposal drafting agent
Turns a sales call transcript into a scoped quote the same afternoon. The rep reviews and sends, but does not write from scratch.
Pre-call research agent
Hands every rep a one-page brief on the prospect before the first call, drawn from public signals and your CRM history.
Collections follow-up agent
Follows up on unpaid invoices politely, persistently, and on schedule without someone tracking the queue manually.
New-client intake agent
Reads incoming client paperwork and populates your systems with the right fields automatically, without anyone retyping.
Meeting notes to tasks agent
Turns call recordings into action items, owners, and deadlines logged in your task board by the time the call ends.
Review response agent
Drafts a response to every new review within the hour, in your documented voice, for a human to approve and post.

Procurement bid-watch agent
Scans portals daily for contracts that match your qualifications and flags the ones worth pursuing before the window closes.
Document QA agent
Checks outgoing proposals, contracts, and reports against your rules before they leave the building.

What Makes an Agent Trustworthy

Autonomy is earned, not assumed. Our agents log every action they take, escalate when confidence drops, and run inside permission boundaries you set. You can see what the agent did, why it did it, and where a human signed off.

We also define the failure plan up front. When the agent cannot finish a task, it routes the work to a person with full context attached, so nothing falls into a gap.

Common Questions

How much does custom AI agent development cost?
It depends on the job and the systems the agent must touch. A single-task agent with one or two integrations is a small scoped build. Multi-step agents with CRM, inbox, and document access cost more. We quote a fixed price after diagnosis, before any build starts.
Will an AI agent replace my employees?
That is not how we scope them. Agents take over the repetitive slice of a role: triage, drafting, data entry, follow-up. Your people keep the judgment calls and client relationships, and they get hours back to spend on them.
What happens when the agent gets something wrong?
Every agent we ship starts in review mode, where a person approves its output before it goes anywhere. Autonomy expands only as accuracy is proven on your real work. Even then, actions are logged and escalation paths stay in place.
Can an agent work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We build against the tools you run today: your CRM, help desk, inbox, calendar, accounting system, and file storage. If a tool has an API or an export, we can almost always connect it.

Outcome

01Tasks finished without a person in the loop.
02Faster response times.
03Consistent output quality.
04A team focused on judgment, not repetition.
