Actual Intelligence Labs designs and builds AI-driven systems and digital infrastructure, including business automation, custom AI agents, websites and digital infrastructure, and automated SEO and content systems. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement between you and us. In the event of a conflict, that signed agreement controls over these Terms for the relevant engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using our website or services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

Ownership and license of deliverables produced during a paid engagement are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
